Tom Rose has been appointed as contributing editor for the latest edition of The Legal 500 Corporate Governance Guide.

The aim of the guide is to provide a pragmatic overview of the laws and regulations of corporate governance practices across a variety of jurisdictions. Each chapter provides information about governing bodies, disclosure and communications, shareholders and other stakeholders.
